Issues such as one way audio, lack of incoming calls, registration issues and etc. can be due to the feature SIP ALG


How to Disable SIP ALG

  1. Telnet into the router
  2. Type in sys sip_alg 0 to disable SIP ALG
  3. Type is sys commit to save changes
  4. Type in sys reboot to reboot the router

How to Enable SIP ALG

  1. Telnet into the router
  2. Type in sys sip_alg 1 to enable SIP ALG
  3. Type in sys commit to save changes
  4. Type in sys reboot to reboot the router
