SFP Ports 1-2, 4 | No Action Required SFP flashes blue on boot. | ||
Port 3 | Off | Device not detected | Check your router is connected to the NTU (Summit Device) Reseat / Replace network cable between NTU, and router. |
Green | Service Operational | No action needed | |
5 | Off | Connection to radio | Remove power from the NTU for 10 minutes. Afterwards, re-insert power supply into NTU. If the service is still offline, remove power supply for an additional 15 minutes. If after both power cycles the service is still off, note the NTU LEDs and escalate, it may require a service call. |
Green | SM/ Radio is power via an external power injector | No action needed | |
Flashing Red/Orange | PE providing power to radio | No action needed | |
