Normal light status

At a minimum, Power, Port 3 and port 5 should be lit.

POWER	Blue - power on
Port 1	OTHER SERVICE Green - connected
Port 2	VOICE Green - connected
Port 3	INTERNET (data into customer router/firewall) Green - connected
Port 4	xDSL (4G backup) Green - connected
Port 5	CARRIER (connection to radio/SM). This is the PoE port Red/Orange - power being supplied, data flowing
