How to update your Credit Card details with Summit Internet?
The best way to update expired or failed credit cards is through the Summit Billing Portal.
If you require a login, please contact our accounts team on 1300 049 749.
Once logged into the portal follow these instructions to change your credit card details.
1. Login to the Summit Billing Portal
2. From the main menu across the top of the page choose Billing --> Payment Methods
3. Click Add New Credit Card
4. Enter your credit card details and Press Save changes.
If you have more than 1 payment method make sure you choose one you want us to use.
