1. Overview

The Yealink WH64 is a wireless DECT + Bluetooth headset designed for seamless integration with Yealink desk phones and 3CX.
Key Features:

  • DECT range: up to 150 m
  • Bluetooth range: up to 50 m
  • Talk time: up to 16 hr (DECT) / 32 hr (Bluetooth)
  • Acoustic Shield 2.0 noise cancellation
  • Busy-light and call control buttons

2. What’s in the Box

  • WH64 headset (Mono or Dual)
  • Charging base
  • Power adapter
  • USB-A to USB-C cable
  • Micro-USB to USB-A cable
  • Carry pouch

3. Initial Setup & Firmware Update

  1. Charge the headset and base (approx. 1.5 hours).
  2. Download and install Yealink USB Connect on your PC.
  3. Update firmware for both headset and base if prompted.

  1. Plug the Micro-USB cable from the headset base into the T73’s headset port.
  2. Dock the headset on the base to pair via DECT (LED turns blue when successful).
  3. Ensure your T73 is provisioned in the 3CX Management Console.

5. Bluetooth Pairing (Optional)

  1. Switch headset to Bluetooth mode (press and hold Bluetooth button for 3 seconds).
  2. On your mobile or PC, select Yealink WH64 from the Bluetooth device list.
  3. Supports dual connectivity (desk phone + mobile/PC).

6. Using with 3CX Web App

  • Open the 3CX Web App (or PWA).
  • Go to Settings → Audio/Video and select the Yealink headset as your audio device.
  • Use headset buttons for call control (answer, hang up, mute).

7. Troubleshooting
