Removing the 3CX Desktop App from Windows 10 or 11
To remove the 3CX Desktop App from your Windows computer follow these steps:
1. Press the Start button (normally in the bottom left corner)
2. Choose Settings from the menu
3. Choose Apps from the Windows Settings screen
4. You will see a list of the installed apps on the computer. 3CX Desktop App will most likely be at the top of the list.

5. Click on the 3CX Desktop App
6. Click the Uninstall button.
7. Click the Uninstall button to confirm.
8. Answer 'Yes' to uninstall this product
You can continue to use the 3CX phone system by using the 3CX web client which you will find a link in the 3CX welcome email.
