Summit 3CX Security Permissions

Summit 3CX Security Permissions

3CX offers a range of security access levels with differing permissions and at Summit we take your security very seriously.

We are proud to offer customers either User or Reception permissions.
Our trusted IT partners can be granted Group Owner permissions to assist with managing their customers.

Access to admin features is restricted to those accessible in the 3CX webclient/desktop app and will be restricted to a single static IP.
Please note Summit offers 3CX as managed service and access to the management console will not be granted!
