The key thing to look for is the error number 554. This means that the email which has tried to send the fax has not been whitelisted as part of either the Faxee Lite or Pro service. If it is a pro service, a new email can be added to the list via the Faxee.IO portal, instructions are in the document. INSTRUCTIONS LINK HERE If it is a Faxee lite service, only one email can be whitelisted at a time, and if that email is to change the customer has to make this decision.
