Faxee.io - Adding/Removing Approved Sender email addresses




Generally, Faxee.io PRO is initially configured with one approved sender, unless differing configuration is requested at set up time of a new service.
If you have a Faxee.io PRO account, and have Faxee.io portal access, you can manage the approved sender email list yourself.
If you do not have access to the Faxee.io portal, or are not comfortable in updating this approved sender list yourself, please contact Summit Support at support@summitinternet.com.au or call 1300 049 749.

To Add/Remove an approved sender email address :
  1. Log into the FAXEE.IO portal
  2. Top right corner, click APPS
  3. Click on CALL FLOWS
  4. Click FAX BOXES
    1. Select your service on the left side
    2. Click the SMTP tab
    3. Into SMTP PERMISSION LIST box, add the email address you wish to be allowed to send from this service
    4. Click SAVE

      You can remove email addresses if you no longer want them to be able to send
      Multiple email addresses can be added, separated by a COMMA i.e. emailone@address.com, emailtwo@address.com
      Entire domains can be added i.e. @address.com will allow ANYONE from @address.com to send faxes
