This article describes how to manage who received faxes in Faxee.io PRO.

There are two items that can be changed.

  • Changing the PRIMARY receiving email address.
  • Adding/removing EXTRA email addresses


Changing the PRIMARY receiving email address.

The PRIMARY email address is that which is set on the user within SmartPBX

  1. Log into SmartPBX, click USERS, select the appropriate user and click CHANGE
  2. Edit the email address for this user. Must be unique within the tenancy. You will also need to update the password. Click SAVE CHANGES.


Adding/removing EXTRA email addresses

  1. Log into the FAXEE.IO portal
  2. Top right corner, click APPS
  3. Click on CALL FLOWS
  4. Click FAX BOXES
    1. Select your service on the left side
    2. Click the BASIC tab
    3. Into INBOUND FAXES box, add the email address you wish to RECEIVE faxes from this service
    4. Click SAVE

      You can remove email addresses if you no longer want them to be able to send
      Multiple email addresses can be added, separated by a COMMA i.e. emailone@address.com, emailtwo@address.com
