Checking your phone has an IP address
If one or more of your phones onsite are not connecting to the system which Summit is providing, one issue may be that the phone is not acquiring an IP address in your local network. This document will show you how to check if your device has an IP address or not, based on the model of phone which we have provided.
Yealink T series phones (T33, T42, T54 etc.):
1. Press the Menu soft key just below the screen.
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to Status and press the Enter soft key just below the screen.
3. The IP address of the phone is shown next to IPv4. This menu also contains other important information that Summit support may ask for.
