Incoming Faxes list and Available actions

With Faxee.io PRO portal access, you can see a full list of incoming faxes, the date/time they were received, delete a fax, and can also directly download the fax you have received.

1. Log into the FAXEE.IO portal
   1. If you do not automatically arrive at the FAXES screen, click Apps in the top right corner
   2. the click FAXES
2. Ensure you are on the INBOUND FAXES tab, and then select your Faxee service number
   
3. You will be presented with a list of faxes that have been RECEIVED by the service

Downloading a fax

1. Locate the fax you wish to download and click the download button (looks like a cloud icon)
2. Save the file in a location you know where to find. File will be a PDF file.

Delete a Fax from  FAXEE.IO

1. Within your Incoming Faxes tab, select the fax(es) you wish to delete
2. Click the Delete button
3. Confirm you wish to delete the faxe(es)
